The raw material of this tube, PE-RT, is a kind of medium density polyethylene produced by special molecular design and synthesis process. It uses the copolymerization method of ethylene and octene to obtain a unique molecular structure by controlling the number and distribution of side chains to improve the heat resistance of PE tube. Due to the existence of the short branch chain of octene, the macromolecule of PE can not be crystallized in a single lamellar crystal, but runs through several crystals, forming a connection between the crystals. It retains the good flexibility, high thermal conductivity and inertia of PE pipe, and makes it better pressure resistance.

Characteristics of Liangcheng PE-RT floor heating pipe

1. Good stability and long-term pressure resistance: the pipe has good homogeneity, stable performance, good thermal creep resistance, and excellent long-term hydrostatic resistance;

2. The pipeline is easy to bend and convenient for construction: the bending radius is small (Rmin=5D), and the stress of the bending part can be relaxed quickly, which can avoid the damage of the pipeline at the bending part due to stress concentration in the process of use. PE-RT pipe can be connected by hot melting, so it is convenient to repair the pipe if it is damaged during application.

3. Good impact resistance, high safety, low temperature brittle crack temperature up to 70 degrees, can be transported and constructed in low temperature environment;

4. Aging resistance and long service life: Due to the excellent characteristics of PE-RT material, PE-RT pipe can be safely used for more than 50 years under the working temperature of 70 ℃ and pressure of 0.8MPa.

5. The processing technology is convenient and the quality is easy to control;
