Product Description
1、 Product Introduction
It is extruded with PVC as the main raw material, together with toughening agent, anti-aging agent and other auxiliary additives. It is mainly used for indoor wiring, wall wiring, underground wiring and other communication lines. It is a good line selection material. PVC electrical sleeve is made of inert materials. Besides a small amount of strong oxidant, it is resistant to various chemicals and is not easy to breed bacteria. Its performance is better than that of steel pipe and cast iron pipe.
2、 Scope of application
It is mainly used for indoor wiring, wall wiring, underground wiring and other communication lines. It is a good line selection material.
3、 Product performance:
Technical performance of flame-retardant sleeve and accessories (executive standard: JG3050-1998)
1. Compressive performance: Df ≤ 25% when loading for 1min, and Df ≤ 10% when unloading for 1min;
2. Impact performance: at least 10 out of 12 samples are not damaged or cracked;
3. Oxygen index: OI ≥ 32;
4. Heat resistance: Di ≤ 2mm;
5. Flame retardancy: self-extinguishing time te ≤ 30s;
6. Electrical performance: no breakdown within 15min, R ≥ 100M Ω;
7. Bending performance: no visible cracks.

1. PVC threading pipe has excellent corrosion resistance, good sanitary performance and long service life.
2. PVC threading pipe has unique flexibility and excellent scratch resistance.
3. PVC conduit has excellent low temperature resistance.
4. PVC linear pipe has good fast crack growth fracture toughness.
