The double-flat wall steel-plastic composite winding drainage pipe developed and produced recently by Jingzhou Liangcheng Science and Technology Co., Ltd. is prefabricated into "T" type plate belt with high density polyethylene (HDPE) as the main raw material. The plate belt is wound on the pipe forming machine and welded into a pipe. At the same time, the W-type steel belt bound by galvanized steel belt is embedded in the groove between the two plates, and PE is coated on the steel belt to become the third generation of new steel-plastic drainage pipe on the outer wall of the pipe.
HDPE double-flat wall steel-plastic composite drainage pipe has both the corrosion resistance of plastic and the strength and toughness of steel, so its advantages are obvious; It is characterized by high ring stiffness, safety and reliability, light weight, simple installation, good sealing, low transportation and construction costs, strong corrosion resistance, and strong resistance to abnormal sudden load.
Product Features
1. High ring stiffness: after testing and engineering use, the ring stiffness is greater than SN8, and the maximum can reach SN16.
2. Good corrosion resistance: HDPE has excellent corrosion resistance. The profiled steel after anti-corrosion treatment is completely buried in HDPE, and the service life of the pipeline is more than 50 years.
3. No leakage: advanced structure, advanced voltage fusion between plates and strips, uniform and firm joints.
4. The pipe wall thickness is uniform and the performance is consistent: because the pipe wall thickness is uniform (non corrugated) and there is no weak link, the pipe wall thickness performance is consistent.
5. Convenient installation: due to the double-flat structure of the inner and outer walls, the socket connection is adopted between the pipe and the pipe, and between the pipe and the inspection, which is convenient for installation and fast for installation.
