Brief Introduction of COD Corrugated Bundle Tube

The inner tube and outer tube are made of HDPE (high density polyethylene) and have high elasticity. Although most inner tubes are set in the outer tube, they can still be well wrapped on the pipe frame.

COD product is a special spiral shape, which enhances the compression capacity of traditional PE straight pipe, which is several times higher than that of traditional pipe, improves the effectiveness and elasticity, and can also ensure safety in case of earthquake and collapse. Chemical resistance, strong durability, acid resistance, strong alkali resistance, better water resistance, corrosion resistance, semi-permanent pipeline laid in seawater and wetlands.

Because the material is non-conductive and has high insulation, it is an ideal cable conduit.

In addition, the thermal expansion and contraction of the appearance is quite lower than that of the traditional conduit system, and because the raw materials of the interior and exterior are the same, they always maintain the same ratio. As the COD pipe (every 500 meters) is coiled on the pipe rack, it can reduce a lot of labor costs. Most importantly, COD does not need to be inserted into the inner pipe, because a variety of inner pipes have been installed inside the outer pipe.

Due to the relatively light gravity (0.95:1.43), COD is relatively light, which is convenient for construction and transportation compared with traditional pipes. Due to thread processing, COD can bend freely, and can reach 90 degrees or even larger angle with force, without any special tools to bend or straighten. You can avoid obstacles at the construction site.

Due to the good single-wire design of the inner tube and low friction coefficient, there is no connection and no kink, the conductor is particularly convenient, and the distance between holes is also extended. The inner tube is completely air-tight and can resist high internal pressure. The cable air-pull method can be used. In the case of the same outer diameter, multiple inner tubes can be added to increase the use efficiency. Most importantly, COD can import up to 75% of the diameter of the inner tube, while the traditional tube can only import up to 50%.
