Polyethylene (PE) pipe plays an important role in underground pipe jacking due to its excellent mechanical properties, electrical properties, impact resistance and environmental protection properties, and its use is increasing. Instructions
1. Hot melt butt joint: Hot melt butt joint is a simple and fast PE pipe connection method, which is applicable to the connection between pipes and pipe fittings with diameter greater than 63mm. In order to achieve the best welding effect, the whole welding process must be well controlled and meet the welding parameters.
2. Pipe fitting connection: HDPE underground pipe jacking can be connected by injection molding pipe fittings, welded pipe fittings, steel-plastic conversion joints or other forms of mechanical pipe fittings.
3. Flange connection: generally, flange connection is used to connect PE pipes with valves or pipes and fittings of other materials.

Product Characteristics
The corrosion resistance of anti-corrosion PE pipeline enables the pipeline to be used to transport some corrosive liquids such as acid and alkali, and can be installed in marsh, wet and other corrosive environments.
Light weight PE pipe is light in weight and has the characteristics of convenient transportation and installation, thus saving the installation cost.
The impact resistant PE pipe has high impact resistance, so it is not easy to break or damage during installation and construction.
The good flexibility of the flexible PE pipeline makes it easy to place the pipeline along the trench terrain, avoid the obstacles during the laying process and adapt to the pipe foundation settlement in swampy areas and soft soil areas.
Abrasion resistance mortar abrasion test shows that the service life of PE pipe is more than 4 times that of steel pipe.
Anti-ultraviolet PE pipe raw materials contain anti-ultraviolet agent, which can be placed outdoors or used outdoors.
The inner surface of PE pipe is smooth, the energy loss is small, and the deposition is not easy to occur in the pipe.
The PE pipe with high connection strength can be welded by butt fusion, which can ensure the strength of the joint and avoid leakage.
The non-toxic Liangcheng PE pipeline has passed the inspection of the relevant health department and is licensed for use.
Long service life PE pipes can have a service life of more than 50 years.
