Communication silicon core tube

Performance characteristics of communication silicon core tube:

The silicon core layer on its inner wall is a solid lubricant;

The silicon core layer of its inner wall is synchronously squeezed into the high-density polyethylene pipe wall, and evenly distributed throughout the pipe inner wall, without peeling off, separation, and the same life as the silicon pipe;

The silicon core layer on its inner wall has the same physical and mechanical properties as high-density polyethylene;

The friction characteristics of the silicon core layer on the inner wall remain unchanged, and the cable can be repeatedly extracted in the pipeline;

The silicon core layer on its inner wall does not react with water, and the pipeline can be flushed with water after an accident.

Length: generally, the standard length of each silicon core pipe is 2000 meters in consideration of transportation safety and construction convenience. If customers have special needs, they can leave the factory with a longer length (any length) under the condition of convenient transportation and operation.

Special instructions of Liangcheng:

Liangcheng specializes in producing silicon core tube products with non-standard section length for threading and blowing cables for telecom engineering companies. Generally, the section length can be determined as 500m/circle, 800m/circle, 1000m/circle and 1200m/circle. It is recommended to use iron plates for packaging over 1400 meters/circle to ensure that the product quality is not affected by external forces. The above products can fully meet the needs of the project if they are customized because of the short distance of cable threading/blowing and the need for iron plate packaging.
