The double flat-wall steel-plastic composite winding drain pipe is made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) as the main raw material, and is pre-formed into a "T" type strip. The strip is wound on the pipe forming machine and welded into a pipe, and at the same time, the galvanized steel is used. The banded W-shaped steel strip is embedded in the groove between the two strips, and the third generation of the new steel-plastic drain pipe is coated on the steel strip to form the outer wall of the pipeline.

HDPE double flat wall steel-plastic composite drain pipe has both plastic corrosion resistance and steel toughness. Therefore, its superiority is obvious; it has high ring stiffness, safety and reliability, light weight, simple installation, good sealing performance, and transportation. It has the characteristics of low construction cost, strong corrosion resistance and strong resistance to abnormal sudden load. It is a new type of environmental protection pipe promoted by the competent departments at the national and local levels.

Features

1. High ring stiffness: After testing and engineering use, the ring stiffness is greater than SN8, and the highest is SN16, which is unmatched by ordinary plastic pipes.
